Is there another review process of images from IS to Thinkstock?
I have 800 images approved on IS and 600 images on Thinkstock. Random missing images over the past year that I have been uploading to IS.
Many thanks in advance.

This migration issue has been brought up on their forum from time to time.

Thanks Sue, I don’t frequent IS forums very often. I’m assuming it’s not worth submitting a ticket to IS regarding the 200 shortfall.

Their forums are generally the place to find out about site issues there. Admin extremely seldom respond to posts made here.
"In practice, the mirroring process has had problems since the day it was launched, resulting in many contributors not seeing all of the files at Thinkstock that they expect to see. "

You could submit a ticket; it may do no good, it won't do any harm.

I have some 300 vectors on iStock and only 250 on Thinkstock. I didnt care much about it because it is a common problem but some time ago I read in a thread on iStock forums that the transfer to Thinkstock could be triggered by changing title or adding keywords of the image on iStock. I forgot about it then but after reading this thread, I tested it yesterday with 5 images and it worked!!
So what I tried was - changing title (removing one word) with two images, adding one keyword with another two images and with the last image I changed both title and keywords - to test more options. I did that yesterday morning and this morning all 5 previously missing files are now on Thinkstock! To my surprise, I didnt expect it would work but it did. Perhaps you could try it.
Note: those newly added images are now listed as the newest ones, when I sort the Thinkstock port by Newest so thats where you could check it, if you try it.

Hm, I've read once, that, once files are transfered to other sites, if you change keywords on iStock, changes would not apply to already trasfered files?
-
Ok, now I checked Thinkstock. I'm missing about 250 of my files (out of 590)

I just checked my portfolio on Thinkstock and for some reason my images were put under two different variations of my name. So I have 434 images under one spelling of my name and 596 under another, which gives me a total of 1030 images which is the number I have on IStock. This had to have been done in the mirroring process since I have never had a separate account at Thinkstock, only the one at IStock. So you may want to check your images and see if you have more than one portfolio at Thinkstock.

It's working for me too. I changed the title for one of my photos at iStock and is now listed at Thinkstock as the Newest.
But it's going to be real pain checking which images are missing and then changing titles or keywords.

I didnt find those missing files on Thinkstock under different username (when I searched with their keywords), it looks like they were simply not transfered after being approved on iStock. I updated titles and keywords of around 40 remaining ones yesterday and they are now added to my port on Thinkstock so for me, this method works and I hope it will also work for other people.

Interesting regarding the title/keyword change but to establish which 200 images have not been transferred, and then editing those images, I just cannot justify time.
Thanks for our replies.
