Does anyone using "Fresh match"?

Probably someone, but who here has the stats?

What is the point of this search option?

Because they won't give new files much of a 'day in the sun' (?because of some nefarious plot with all the new files they're ingesting, which they want not to sell?) it's supposed to promote newer files than the best match does, but because of the download penalty it's not all that fresh.

OTOH, best match has been changing a bit over the last couple of weeks, and certainly isn't the same over all searches, so who knows?
