today my istock account is terminated. please help!

Don't know what to tell you other than that you will have to plea your case with istock directly. I've shot thousands of these over the years and while the shots are all distinct, to a novice's eye or to someone who actually has not physically done this type of work, depending on your setup and method, they can all wind up looking the same after awhile. I would say the judgment was made by someone who has not actually done splash work.
As far as the similarity of your image to the image linked on istock, I'm going to say Not Even Close.

See, this is the danger with splash and isolation works, although not even close, I would say, someone has complained towards you and got it their own way. Unless your isolations are somewhat original, like RT, for example, its a dodgy business.

Very strange, your file is nothing like the one they have said you copied, are you sure that is the reason?
If it is you need to get on the phone with them.

Don't think we've heard the last of this guy, looks like he has a history of reopening accounts when he's shut down (that and he seems to have a lot of portfolios with "borrowed" images open as we speak)

I have a question: When account in Istock is closed - you don't have possibility to create new account there with the same ID ?

I think it's better to talk to them instead of opening multiple accounts

Please review the posts in this thread, the OP was actually reuploading other people's work as his own. No doubt by now he has opened another account to continue his nefarious activity under a different name, I don't think speaking to IStock is going to help him.
