Title: iStock and DeepMeta
Post by: Beppe Grillo on March 06, 2013, 12:16
Today I have realized that I have a problem with iStock and DeepMeta.
I use DeepMeta to upload my images on iStock as it seems that it is the simpler way to do that.

But the iStock site indicates 13 pending images.
While DeepMeta indicates 100 pending images.

And the pending images on the iStock site are there for weeks now.

So, what is the problem, and what to do to solve it

Thanks in advance for any help

Have you tried doing a fetch from DeepMeta?

Either a Statistics fetch (F5) or a Full Fetch (Ctrl+F5) - see under menu option iStockphoto - should update the pending files in DeepMeta to whatever their status is now on iStock.

If that doesn't work you'd probably best delete the database and then do a fetch.  See the Tools/Apps thread on the iStock forums for more information.

I would post in the appropriate thread, win/mac, in the tool/app forums. Franky is always very helpful with issue with his program.

Thank you both.
A special thank to Gannet77. All is okay now.

Let me know if you figure out a way to upload only 13 images and end up with 100 in the iStock cue. That would be very helpful. :)
