you'll have to mantain patience until the half of the month after to see actually how much you have earned the previous month

example

February: you need to wait until 15/20 march to see all incomes of february

I was also going to make that point. There are a disturbing number of these "phantom" sales or claw-backs. I couldn't say with confidence what my income for IStock was for at least a couple of months after month end. They are the only site like this. No wonder they are going under.

Should show you last months income, in other words the PP and subs we are getting now.

Weren't they supposed to have already taken out the Feb balance by now?  My total still has Feb and March money.  This got me worried we won't get paid by the 25th.

Detailed in their March 3rd email and also noted here and here at their site:

If your balance is $100 or more on February 28, 2015, you will be eligible to receive a payment. When invoices are generated, typically on or around the 5th of the following month, your payment amount will be moved from your account balance to our financial system.

Please note that for this first payment by Getty Images (US), Inc. we anticipate this process to occur later than the 5th, but be completed by the 15th.

After each month I see my balance increased but I have no idea how. My number of sales report the same from two moths old. I would like to know too how do they calculate balance.
Look back at January and February's charts.
You should have blue bar sections (normal), green sections (PP and G+) and grey sections (subs).
PP, subs and G+ are added sometime in the following month.
So e.g. February's PP has been reported (not sure if it's finished), and subs are coming in (almost finished, presumably) and any G+ will be reported next.

When will we know for sure if our tax forms were successfully received? I can't find anywhere that confirms I am down for 0% US sales tax.

Balance as of close, Feb. 28th is what it's supposed to be. I don't know your details, I can't guess anything further.

It's not what you have on the 5th or 10th or whatever day they process payments.

Next month it will be balance as of the end of day March 31st.

Went from 192$ to 70$.  Why not clear all of it?!?!

I've been left with hundreds of dollars and they don't add up clearly to any sum I can make.

But if the cut date is February, 28th and the partner programs have been only reported in March, that means that the PP income from February will only be received in April.

Two months to get money they received in February... Shouldn't we get a 15 to 20% cut of the interests collected in the bank?  ::)

Yup and that's what I pointed out before, but for the sake of accuracy, I dropped the whole thing about taking two months to get out money. Credit sales are only 30 to 55 days delayed. (only?)

You are right. Since PP and Subs and all that other stuff, isn't reported until after the 1st, somewhere like the 10th - 15th on a good month. We don't get our money for two months.

Or in real numbers, a Sub, PP, GI - DL:
Reported Feb. 1st, credited March, paid on April 25th = 84 days
Reported Feb. 28th, credited in March, paid April 25th = 55 days.

Bottom line: we get our sub/pp/GI money between 55 and 84 days after a sale.

On the other hand, like first paychecks when someone starts a job, it's two weeks, then there are checks coming through, for the past. Hopefully the same with IS, as the calculations from March for Feb sales will get paid in April. We'll eventually have a backlog and it will smooth out.

Where's our IStock money? Shouldn't we have gotten it before the 15th?

Payout is on the 25th of every month from now on.

Correct fotoVoyager. Seems the link and information has gone down the page?

If you have $100 or more, no requests, it's automated now. Under $100 nothing happens.

Step 1 - On the last day of every month, a note is made of your account balance.

Step 2 - On the 5th day of the following month, the amount noted in Step 1 is removed from your balance.

Step 3 - On the 25th day of the month, you will be paid the balance that was removed on the 5th.

(using the payment method that you have selected)

Payout is on the 25th of every month from now on.

FAQ: http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=364057&page=1

Here's where you find your payment method information: http://www.istockphoto.com/payment-information

Also before someone asks... Payments will be processed on the 25th of the following month, providing your balance is $100 or more. If the 25th is a weekend or US holiday, the payment will be made on a prior business day.

Depending on the payment method and your world location, it may take 4-5 days after the 25th to see the money arrive in your bank account.

Ah yes, a good point Stan. Myself I'm pretty much where they are and set for PayPal, which means when it goes through, it's probably going to be the same day. But other methods and places, may take longer.

Lets just say it will be Sent on the 25th and after that more delays are possible.  :)
