If by 'contributor site' you mean  the Getty/iStock contributor forum: it's up for me, and I haven't noticed it down.
If you mean their uploading page: I don't know, sorry; but haven't seen mention of it being down elsewhere.

Thanks. Might've been my browser. I quit and restarted and it seems to be working fine now.

I too am having trouble accessing main page. That is, the page when you check your earnings...Page loads but it doesn't show my earnings, and it's very slow.
