If I shoot a batch of videos with the same theme, can I choose some and upload to iStock / Getty as exclusive and than upload other which I didn't choose for iStock to other sites?

No. Istock is not per video exclusivity where you deem these videos exclusive to them and upload the rest to other sites. The exception would be in rights managed sites, where i believe its okay. Istock wants artist exclusivity.

What about Getty? I think I read somewhere that they offer this option. I am just curious what does it mean "not the same" clip.
