Title: Istock Moneybookers Delay mess - double payment

Mail from Istock October 16, 2014:

We are reaching out to you today to inform you that there will be a short delay in processing your Payment Request this week. We are working with Moneybookers to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

We expect that the payments will be issued to you before the end of day Friday October 17th, 2014.

Today another mail :

Hello there,
We apologize for the delay in your Moneybookers payment for October 15th. Unfortunately there was a processing error with a handful of payments which not only resulted in the delay, but also a double payment.
To avoid having to make adjustments to your account, we would like to kindly ask that you return or reject the double-payment via Moneybookers if possible.
If you are unable to do so, and you have enough funds in your iStock account, we will deduct the amount from your account by creating an additional payment request that will not get paid out.
If you are unable to reject the payment and you do not have the funds in your account we will make a manual adjustment to remove the double-payment.
Please let us know whether you were able to return or reject the payment.
We really apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

My question is: Does anyone know how to reject funds on MB. I can't see reject button there?

I got the delay, but not the double payment.  Can't help, sorry.
