I can't seem to get anything with Illustrations, submitted. I can submit photos just fine, but when I try vectors, in DM, Qhero or now ESP online, I just get strange screens and errors.

Nothing is missing?

Best I can get from IS support so far is, make sure you aren't uploading to Getty. I changed my password to make sure I was on my IS account. Go to ESP and it's using the old password, not the new one, but my same email. Support says "It's possible..." What the heck, I can have two different passwords for the same site and I don't know which one?

When I go to ESP it uses the Music Portal Password, not the new password for iStock. (music portal is dead, they went with a supplier)

Anyone have any ideas?

After some extended back and forth, which I had with an actual human who didn't take weeks for each irrelevant reply like "Some Places" or endless links to FAQs that had nothing to do with the issue...

Thank You Mark, whoever you are or whatever you did. Now I can upload again.

ps Rank still shows but it doesn't prevent me from submitting images. I always check best anyway?

I'm still convinced it was an issue with account settings, related to having been a Getty Exclusive music contributor at the same time as photo, video and illustrations. But I'll never know for sure. I don't care. It's fixed.
