Days 1 and 2 of December so far for the PP have started.... ;)

Nor here!
-
The first six days look complete for TS and I've got a scattering up to the 17th now.
-
I see only subscription sales, no PP
-
Now there are some "subscription credits" showing for the 1st and 2nd, but no TS beyond the 16th.
-
Anyone have any tips for using DeepMeta to display simple daily/ monthly sales stats, similar to those the IS site is supposed to display? I have finally gotten annoyed enough waiting for the site to load to give it a try (as much as I resent having to spend any more time working out stuff for IS)
Any help would be much appreciated, as I am not finding the interface intuitive at all!
-
nothing here
-
nothing for me yet
-
Just a few subs so far, making it glaringly obvious how much they're undercutting earnings.
-
All grey no green so far, up to first ten days, load speeds seems to have actually picked up enough for me to get the stats displayed!
-
Nothing here either. This could be a bad sign... for me. :'(
nothing here
-
Just got sub for 8 Dec hoping its not a sign of a nightmare month
-
I've got 3 Dec subs, but January is my actual nightmare month - only 2 proper dls so far.
-
3 subs for December here too so far.
PP is extremely low.
DLs total so far this year would have been very bad for one day before the changes.
Unless it picks up a great deal, this January is looking pretty bleak as far as $$ actually paid in the month are concerned.
-
Now, I feel I am the bearer of bad news to all :-[
-
Looking good so far
-
Probably they messed up the reporting once again but will take another couple of days/weeks/months to acknowledge the fact... ::)
-
Weird, no pp sales after 16th December? :'(
but my sub sales allready done

It's not done until the fat lady sings (or Lobo says so)
You'll get more sales ;)
-
no pp sales at all but sub sales up to month end
-
But This is crazy...I get around 150 pp sales a month. So far I got 3.

-
:o yeah thats crazy. I do not see a single PP sale so far. A few subs that`s all.
Kids and wife scream for oysters and wine. How to feed them now? :D
-
So far 210 pp and 70 sub dl!
-
No PP or Sub sales here...* :o
-
So far 210 pp and 70 sub dl!
prepare for the claim back ;)
-
Just a handful of subscriptions for me so far, so hoping they've got problems but not holding my breath :o
-
Let's get it straight, I don't see green bars, only grey. Does anyone see green bars?

No, no green bars… only in my dreams.

Let's face it they've effed if up again - there is no earthly way that virtually nobody had TS sales in December. It almost seems like they have monkeys manually keying in the sales from paper transcripts the way it NEVER behaves the same way one month to the next.
-
According to Lobo: "Processing will continue over the weekend through to early next week. It's a little slower this month due to some changes we've made on the back end. So stay patient folks."

I'm more interested in whether people are getting regular credit sales at anything like 'normal for this time of year' levels.

16 days of green bars here
-
Remember when they didn't start until the 15th or 20th - or later?
I have a feeling that you'll see more TS sales and others coming in, before this is over. Last month GI DLs were first, then TS came in and subs later. This time I have zero GI DLs, not one TS reported, subs started recording for the 15th, and last night, some from the 1st and 2nd showed...
This processing is not sequential or logical, I'll give you that as the one part I know for sure. 8)

Same here!

Same. On a related note, I wonder if/when Getty will dissolve Thinkstock when their IS sub program is such that TS becomes redundant and too costly to run given the IS sub program.

Me too the usual green bars. Maybe a bit light from the holidays, but not far off normal.
-
Nothing but lots of grey bars here well at least their subs efforts have paid off.
Oh wait a minute they pay less then everyone else for subs ::)

They won't because they have wholly owned collections in TS. They seem to be applying the idea that the more brand names you give your cornflakes, the larger the share of the market they will take.

same here :'(
where is the last 15 days of green bars..? :-[
-
For the last 24 hours it looks like they are loading the iStock subs reports now, gray bars are filling up to the Christmas days now. PP reports only seem to go half the month so far, I expect the rest of the month to follow after subs are finished.
It never went straight from 1 to 31, it never was done within a few days, and it is still sooner than it ever was until about 6 months ago. So I don't see a point in making a judgment right now.

I don't really know what "normal" is with subs in place. Suffice to say that credit sales are down, and seem to have been replaced by subs sales. The subs sales make about 25% of the money that credit sales do. Subs sales look about equal in number to credit sales for November.

Sorry, what I meant, but said clumsily, was: 'are people's iS credit sales for January anything like what they were for previous years?'
Mine are not.
I have exactly four credit sales in January - which would have been a poor weekday before, even in early Jan. So the fact that my Dec subs are above any other month only shows that subs have undercut our regular sales - my Dec $$ total, including subs, is still miles below any other Dec since 2007. No surprise there.

Same here. Basically averaging one a day so far this year, which would, as in your case, have been a bad single day at one time.
Having said that I know that January is always slow to start for me. I didn't expect much in the New Year week, or to be honest this last week. Little consolation knowing that it's not just us.
As we always knew, it's no use to contributors replacing credit sales one for one with sub sales. So far I'm not seeing much evidence of anything much happening apart from that. Subs need much more volume, which doesn't appear to be there.
Slightly OT, I can no longer see the point in RCs. Certainly there is no chance of me getting any higher rate, and although I was well towards the next level I can see this year being bad enough to technically drop me a level, even if they carry the rates over again.

Absolutely a great point. With dual subs and a greatly declining credit sale base, we are almost guaranteed to hit lower and lower RC's thus letting IS/Getty continue to money grab. This is a big deal and if they don't correct that then we can simply add another nail in the microstock coffin.

It looks like the subs reports are finished now, as I can see sales from the 1st to the 31st and the total amount corresponds with my expectations. Haven't seen any new downloads added for the last 8 hours either.
And it appears that they did not queue the rest of the PP downloads as it does not make any progress anymore. So I guess we will have to wait until tomorrow business hours in Calgary to get the rest of the stats loading.

In fact, I had sales trickling in randomly from all dates (1st - 31st) since late Thursday. It's a real mystery why they don't come in in date order, but there we have it - they never do things simply.
-
I also have sales still trickling in but no green bars past the 16th. [suspicious]This is such a covert way of assigning commissions.[/suspicious]

Green bars, gray bars, everything is .28 discouraging.
-
I only check IS on Sunday evenings so between January 4 and today I had several PP sales (reported) but no sub sales. Overall I have so little activity on IS I probably should only check it monthly. :-\

Not a single RC for January !

14 RC sales for me so far, normal January for me.

My credit sales have been a disaster in January. I've had a few days with zero credit downloads which hasn't happened since 2008, even on weekends. And this far I've gotten 23 credit downloads totally in January. Last year I had 150 downloads during the same period (January 1st to 12th) and the same period in 2013 a had about 250. So iStock is going down the drain for me.
-
Is it over??
My numbers are less than half the usual ones… :(
-
According to Lobo it's over.
-

Yes, Beppe Grillo as per Lobo on the iS forum PP thread. I think the Getty360 is yet to come. My numbers are also lower. But they fluctuate every month and I go with what they report :)
-
Really ? Over? Pf...... The worst month in 2014 given that I had the highest activity. Very interesting
-
Mediocre performance at best ::)
-
25% lower than november!, that will have big influence on overall december, bad, very bad, lower income, i dont like......,worried
-
RPD crashed -30% from november and I'm getting less downloads every month.
No more uploads to IS.
-
Always December is a very low month for me. It starts out normal, but from about the 23rd to the second week of January is dead.
I don't know why it would surprise anyone that December - one of the lowest months of the year - would be lower than November, which is normally one of the highest.
I notice this trend on all sites, although more noticeable on Istock because sales are so pityful there.
-
Have been getting PP sales, way way lower than the rest of the year. Hope Jan picks up strong
-
Well, December was my BME in SS and FT. But Istock is going downhill.
Downloads are still there, but we only get 0.28 sales.
