I have about $50 in PP so far but my balance has only gone up about $6.

I've never seen that before.  Anyone else seeing it?

Hopefully they will match up better by morning.

Nevermind, I figured out the problem.  I'm just dumb.

I somehow ended up in March 2014.

Crap. I haven't seen anything yet. Hope that is not a sign of where this month is going. Sigh...

Hang in there- I've seen as late as six weeks after the month closed!

Partner Program has always been a joke for me. I do ok on Subs, but if PP disappeared, I wouldn't even notice. Kinda like GI Connect. Anyone ever see any money from that?

Man I just cringe each month when I see a plummeting income. I have half a month left. I am still ~$200 lower than normal. With PP & Istock I gross in the neighborhood of $400 a month, I am at $210 now for March. I need a small miracle to just make the month. I just can't seem to produce enough content to make up for eroding sales.

It started off nicely with a $24 PP sale.

Not lookin good here either.  And March was a good to great month everywhere else.  If the missing IS credit sales aren't coming in thru the PP or IS subs, the are truly gone elsewhere. Not to SS in my case but maybe FT.  They had a spectacular March.

I've seen a big jump in sales for March, I'm wondering if there's another database error? Anyone else seeing this?

Subs started yesterday, in fits and starts. Check back on your March charts to see grey additions at the bottom of the bars.
Congrats if yours is a 'big jump'.

Thanks! I am so used to the steady decline I just can't believe it's genuine, I am something like $500 above what I expected for the month

Is that huge amount showing as subs?
And a lot more than you usually get?
Or could it be a batch of these 'off-site' sales, in which case you should have got emails.

Edit: As of this writing I am $100 lower than normal and it looks like it's over. I am sure it is a combination of floods of continued new content and SS & DPC taking share.

I don't think Subs are finished reporting.

I think you also have to factor in 'proper' (credit) sales lost to subs.
Unless it's only me whose $$ fall has been accelerating since last April in particular.

Personally, I think the Subs effect on income is far higher than new content there. I haven't been able to find anyone, even among the high sellers, whose uploads from the past year are selling well as credit sales, though I'm prepared to accept there might possibly be a few.

Hardly a surprise.
I expect to see another sharp decrease when no-one is seeing descriptions. That won't affect everyone's port as much - an isolated apple is an isolated apple - but for some files, the description is pretty much vital.

Today's the first day I'm seeing the new image pages with no descriptions. Not only is the description gone, the preview is smaller and the zoom function is gone. You have to click on the image to see it larger, which then takes up your entire screen. (In my case it takes up more than my entire screen, so I actually then have to zoom out to see the whole image.)

Plus, if you click on the little ellipses next to the title to "see more," it shows you the first five keywords, in order. So if, like me, you just copy your keywords from the other sites and don't make a special effort to put the most relevant keywords first, that "extra information" is a string of keywords that are not necessarily the most descriptive of the image and can actually be fairly odd, thanks to Getty's special library of wacky disambiguated keywords.

And of course iS's uploading system is already the most time-consuming out there. I'm really disinclined to take even more time to not only write a special 50-word description for them that never gets seen, but also to re-order my keywords just for them and try to make sure they don't get disambiguated into some weird phrase or another.

All in all it's a horror show, IMO.

Actually, unless something has changed since Friday (I'm back to seeing the old ADP at the moment), it's not necessarily the top five keywords which you put in. As I'm exclusive, I only upload there, so I keyword in order of importance, and on some of my newly accepted files last week, the five keywords which showed if you clicked the ellpisis under the title were the five keywords their system had apparently re-ordered on acceptance. They claim that the re-ordering is a result of buyer action on the files, but these files had only been accepted for a couple of hours, had no recorded views (and still don't) and were unsearchable.
This apparently random reordering of keywords on acceptance has been going on for some years now, with them still saying it's a result of buyer actions on the files. Demonstrably untrue.

Worse, on one file, one of the top five keywords was a keyword (animals feeding) I had copied over from another file, but had deleted, as it didn't apply to the file. It didn't show up in Deep Meta,

Which shows the keywords as I ordered them.

...and didn't show up on my list of keywords, but neverthless showed up as one of the top five under the title:

(Note also that 'Photography' also isn't on my DM list of keywords, though at least it is appropriate for the file)
But that was on Wednesday, within a few hours of acceptance, and I don't know if it has changed as I'm back on the old ADP.

But still. Knowing that descriptions were going, I've been trying to make the title as descriptive as possible, so using what would be the most important keywords in the title, so if they were in my uploaded order, the 'top five keywords' would just be a repetition of my title, effectively.

Still, I wonder what proportion of buyers will actually click on that ellipsis? It does have a box round it, but there's an ellipsis after 'and more ...' in the arguably ungrammatical search box ("Find the perfect stock photos, vectors and more ..." - that 'the' really grates with me), which isn't a link, but buyers in their masses are going to guess that clicking the ellipsis in a box after a truncated title would let them see a full title and keywords?

So soon Lobo will announce that "very few buyers are using that functionality, so we are removing it (subtext, 'and them')"

And while on the subject of the new ADP, on my monitor, there's a LOT of trapped white space above the keywords, which in my day was a design no-no.

I still think there should be a very obvious link which buyers can use to read a description if they want to. Even if only a few buyers would use that functionality.
Despite many requests, they have chosen not to explain to the plebs why they deemed removal of description to be a smart move.

I don't know whether buyers will click on the ellipses, but I just don't see how choosing random odd keywords as "important" will improve SEO or the "searchability" of images. Sounds like things are even worse than I thought. :(

They've heard of buyers, but want no truck with them. (adapted from Douglas Adams)

Haven't got any emails, it's "green bar"(PP) sales. It's almost twice what I was expecting, think maybe I just got lucky.

Is the amount matching with anything in the PP royalties table (http://www.istockphoto.com/help/sell-stock/rate-schedule) ?
