They refer people to the sticky, they lock threads, they send site mail that they have deleted posts and when the pp is starting they will post an official notification.
Ah, this is the first I've heard of the site mails. I thought you were referring to the forum.
Given that they say they'll pay by the end of the month, I'm not sure why people start whining from the middle of the month if they payments haven't started. Sure, bombard them on the first day of the following month. By the thousand.

Yes, I agree. I too get annoyed when people start threads in the middle of the month. It's mostly newbies.

You would not be aware of site mail because it was sent to me by kelvin telling me my post was deleted and we will officially notify in the forum, yada, yada, yada... Notification never happened.

P.s. My deleted post was created on the last day of the month back when they paid two months together cuz of some snafu. It was probably deleted as I titled it OFFICIALLY NOTIFY OR LOCK. I guess it pissed him off cuz he did not respond to either of the title requests, he just deleted it.

Just to add to the sentiment, my pp sals are weaker than previous months, and miles away from Oct.

I think October PP sales were a one-time special month only, and now it's back to the normal, low-RPD. I always considered October's PP sales completely out of range compared to 'normal' PP sales.

However, they should give an explanation as to what happened.

We are not talking about a few contributors.. everybody,  without exception,  had a good month.. and now everybody is having a bad month.. what's the deal here?

"There would be a court case if someone sued them."

Nobody is going to sue them.  Sorry.

I'm not saying it was about a few contributors.

Not just me then - Sept / Oct started to look like something different was happening and it almost was enough to get me to upload some of the newer or better selling files but only almost, so November is NOT a case of having to kick myself  :)

Remarkably slow November when compared to October...

Hold your horses. The PP comes from several sources and the data is run in phases from each. So far we only appear to be getting the TS sub sales. Hopefully we still have the chunky sales from Getty or wherever to come. Volume-wise I'm about 'normal to good' so far.

Getty360 came in with the other Getty sales (as reported at the beginning of this thread and at the beginning of the iStock thread http://www.istockphoto.com/forum_messages.php?threadid=358316&page=1.
What other Getty sales do indies get?

I'm not sure Getty 360 sales for indies are reported at the same time or in the same way as for exclusives.

That said, with one week left to report, it looks like I am only going to be at 1/4 to 1/3 of October PP earnings.

Hopefully Gostwyck is right and there are more earnings left to report in another wave.  Otherwise really disappointing, and puts a major crimp in my intentions to keep uploading my 1 year backlog.

There is an error in the thread title ( iStock PP has started for November ).
It should be:
"iStock PP has stopped for November"

If this is it for November pp than I will give more priority to cleaning my house or cleaning my basement than uploading to these thieves! Now I understand better why so many folks hate them...

Are you talking about PP sales only? My iStock sales stoped Dec. 09 completely, this is 3 weeks now without any sale, ... Like someone blocked my account...

Number of average daily sales are somewhere near October sales, not much less, but not a single sale other then 0.28c and this is very suspicious.

Photos.com might still come in (?)

Volume wise, assuming an average last 7 days of reporting, I'm at 90% of the previous month, which is reasonable - hard cash 60%

I sent this email to istock to ask for an explanation..

"Hello,

Please explain why october partner sales were decent and this months partner sales are abysmal.

this is going to be a court case if you don't provide a logical explanation.

Best Regards,
Cihan"

They do owe me an explanation.. I urge everyone to do the same.. Don't let them screw you like this.. We have the right to ask for transparency about why the sales were good last month, and suddenly awful this month.. Did they withdraw our files from those partner sites? Did customers stop using them?

They will just tell you that sales go this way and that way, the market&customers are thisandthat.. blablabla... juts like when borkers / bankers nod their shoulder ans say the market is unpredictable after making you loose 5 times the money you gave them.

I can't work it out, something must be wrong. Have they just decided to pay a flat 20 something cents for 360 sales too or something? either that or there's some kind of calculation error?

DLs similar to October, money 3x less !?

I'm still hoping that there's a lot more larger sales to appear later.

I've sent a support ticket. I want to know what's going on. I'll probably get a canned response.

All Nov. PP sales only .28 $
I hate cheaters.
 >:(

Also on FT, DP almost all sales were Subscription.
2014 - bad year for full time stockers?

This is an interesting point because for me personally sales were subscription heavy in nov and dec, almost like an end of year push to use up allocations.
