Has everyone sent them an email and ask what's going on?

If you haven't,  why?

Who else is going to defend your rights..

Did you take out a ticket to ask why October suddenly and inexplicably had a far better RPI than usual?

(Before you ask, I did take out a ticket when I suddenly found a $50 PP sale though I'm not in the PP, and found it was Getty360.)

I haven't heard from them yet..
Don't HYB - I've got an outstanding ticket from 6th December.

We will see.. I have sent a duplicate to customer support as well as contributor relations.

Customer support may be faster..

Customer support may be faster..
Or they may simply tell you it's not a customer issue.
Be sure to let us know, either way!

There's always the danger that they'll 'discover' that October sales were 'wrong' and claw them back. It seemed odd at the time, that they'd ban exclusives from putting files there even if they wanted to, and shortly afterwards PP sales/prices seemed to soar.

This! For me at least October was the (positive) exception from the norm rather than November being the negative one. I think it's quite possible that they'll discover a "glitch in the matrix" or "gremlins in the basement" that screwed up October PP reporting (what with Halloween, and all ;D).

What also could have happened in October was that they did some house cleaning and made a mass payment of PP royalties overdue from previous months for some reason or other. Maybe they had a "Get your credits now, pay six months later"-campaign going at some point...

Looking back, this seems to be the case. Though my number of downloads didn't vary tremendously in September, October and November, my earnings per DL were double in October. To me this means they either: A) under-report our earnings every month and in October the truth came out, or B) there's something off in October. Sadly, based on their past performance, I'm not sure which to believe.

I had a lot of images just sitting in Deepmeta and when I noticed that photos are being copied to the PP I started to upload them to IS. My PP portoflio increased by over 200 images during the three months to December to about 700 (those numbers are not very accurate but you get the picture). I was expecting a very strong November, but sadly it was much weaker then Oct with only 0.28 sales and a tiny amount of more expensive images. I am disappointed as well and want to know what is going on.

Vain cries for a response over on the IS forum, what with everyone prepping for the big night.

People forget, only emergency services and nuns work the same hours as stock photographers.

Oct and Nov I had roughly the same number of downloads in PP, but revenue dropped 50% in Nov. I'm a fairly new to stock and the lack of transparency continues to blow me away.

My Nov downloads were on the low end of the the yearly normal. I must have had a couple of the good sales as my income was at the high end of normal.  PP seems fairly normal here.
