Title: Istock PP sales

Does anyone know where I can see which pictures have been sold on the IS Partner Program? There used to be a PP-tab in My Account (which didnt work..) but it disappeared.

Post by: Gannet77 on February 05, 2011, 06:34: By default, the link shows all files by upload order, and as the most recent aren't likely on the PP you won't see any downloads. You can click on column headings to resort it.

This http://www.istockphoto.com/my_uploads_partner_program.php?page=1&order=PartnerDownloadCount (http://www.istockphoto.com/my_uploads_partner_program.php?page=1&order=PartnerDownloadCount) should display it by download order.

You can also use the pull down to display only files that are in (or only files that aren't in) the PP.

And your link just displays the newest uploads for me.

The dropdown list shows:
-Active/pending
-Deactivated
-Rejected
-Active dollar files
-Deactivated dollar files

I have had sales on PP-sites since November according to my Profile stats, so it's not like i'm opted out.

I have read that there have beens some issues with displaying the links on certain browsers. What OS and browser are you using?

Post by: Gannet77 on February 05, 2011, 10:40: It sounds like it doesn't have you as opted in even though the check box says you are. There was a bug reported with that too, people wanting to opt out still had it as checked, even though they were out iStock have loads of bugs...

Try clearing the opt-in check box, saving it, then checking it again.

If that doesn't work, your best bet is to contact support.

Post by: John W. on February 06, 2011, 11:06: I have the same list as click_click on the right. No Partner Program tab. But if I go to "View my portfolio" i do see the PP tab. Clicking that shows my uploads but not my pp-sales. I use W7 64bit & Firefox
