Is it possible to somehow see number of video and photo downloads and income before the 20th of the month for the previous month?

In a word NO.....you can try and keep track from Sales to date but I doubt how accurate that is (well actually I don't doubt its inaccuracy)

Personally, I go in Profile and look at "Downloads Year To Date". If you keep track of this value from one month to another you can get a good estimation of your monthly sales. In my case it is accurate with an error of 10%.
Of course this does not give you the values of your sales.
