0,26 cent per download i think this say all... a lot mostly partner portal, canvas, sale for 8 cent...at this point considering that my sale at canvas are increasing...is time to begin upload again in canvas and ditch stock...this is the industry of stock in 2020...unfortunately there is simply zero future for professional contributor...

Wow, that was a shock.

RPD down to $1.35, so whereas Dec 2019 was my best month since ESP started, this is my second worst* (20% lower than last Jan with exactly the same number of sales). Decs were always better for me than Jans, but this was a horrible Jan. H*ck, how can a Sig file sale net me 7c? No big Getty sales, which makes a huge difference when they come, but thankfully the two large Getty sales I got in Dec weren't refunded (yet?)
*and worst Jan since 2007, which was my first full month on iS.

RPD $2.03. Total monthly income is always a persistent slow decline from month to month.

More revenue, more downloads and higher RPD than in December, good month, better than SS.

Free fall at Istock. Decline in number of sales and huge crash in revenue for me.

First time I earned regular sum about $200 in 04/2018. Since this time the amount of my images doubled, the income on all websites doubled or tripled, but not on Istock. I still earn about $200. Really pathetic.

If I count it well then 38,67% of all my sells on istock are royalty under $0,1 . This earns 2,06% of all licence fees and 1.92% of all my royalties on istock.
Most hated microstock agency of the world for additional 2% of income.

The problem with iStock or as we should call them Getty, is that they have over the years cut and cut the commission rates to fill their own and pockets.

When you receive $69 for a $460 sale this is downright criminal, it's not the amount of sales that count it is the value.

Over here in the UK in the last 10 years we have had Government action against the Banks to repay money that they took from customers for unfair charges called PPI (Payment protection insurance) this equated to Billions being paid back to British consumers.

Personally I think that at some stage Getty could well end up on racketeering charges either in the UK or the EU with contributors being able to claim back money, for short changing them.

If this happens they need to go after the beneficiary's of this, the Shareholders.

I for one am making it my aim this year to end my association with this Criminal Enterprise.

I terminated my Istock account in september, but they still report a few sales every month. And they actually pay me every month, even though it's far from the 100 dollar limit.

In january I made 64 cents, all from Connect  ;D

I thought about leaving iStock because of the ridicolous amounts they pay off.
And then I sold a pic for 122 $ in january at iStock which is 18 $ earnings for me.....
So if I sell a pic for more than 100 $ every now and then its still worth the effort....
