I haven't noticed much change for the good in the last year.  It still takes me longer to upload there than any other site.  It is worse now, the iptc data seems to go missing and sometimes comes back if I visit the forum.  Yesterday I spent 5 minutes on one photo and then had to start all over again because I used 'a' twice in the title.  I used to hate their upload restrictions but now I don't think I could take uploading more than 20 a week there.
