Title: iStock/Getty - Major gaps between Downloads YTD and Actuals

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing any significant gaps between the Downloads Year to Date displayed in the iStock/Getty Account Management page and what's actually reported on the 20th of each month.

I'm currently missing 22 videos and 10 photos (shown as downloads YTD but not reported). The no. of downloads accurately matched the reports up till the end of June, in my case. From July onwards, I saw discrepancies and last month things went way off track.

Other than fuelling expectations, I'm not really sure what's the point of having a Downloads YTD page if it's not accurate. Or maybe something else is going on here.

HI! I have similar in my abandned account... but dont care about it...

1-. Is GETTY, the disaster bug agency

2-. Maybe Signature Plus files count double in the YTD counter, illusion of more downloads are posible.

3- Roll over subs, yes, counter growing a monto but reports is when subs are finished

4-. Is GETTY, bugs, bugs and some Velociraptors.
