Very interesting indeed.
But why he put much of his effort to show how to submit to Istockphoto and not how normal people can buy images? There's nothing wrong to try to attract even more photographers, but it seem to be the main key of the agencies speech in the medias...

. I especially find the "What not to submit" very funny.
