iStockPhoto Submission Process

(1/2) > >>

GeoPappas:
iStockPhoto requests that a potential photographer submit three (3) images as part of the registration process.  How many of these images need to be approved in order to be accepted?

leaf:
I am not sure, but i might guess all of them since they are only three.

If you want you could post them here and get some feedback before you submit.

shannonmrush:
When I applied I was able to resubmit another picture to replace one that was rejected out of my initial 3.  When I had 3 approved I was able to then submit into the regular queue.

The funny thing?  The picture that was initially rejected was accepted in the regular queue and one that was accepted was rejected.   ::)

leaf:
Yeah, that is exactly how it works there.  Rather unpredictable... but i suppose with 100 reviewers (i think that is what i saw somewhere) there is bound to be discrepancies.

There are 41 reviewers.  And not all of them do photos.  Some do illustrations, and some do video.
