Title: It's refund time again

Today I got 26 (!!!) refunds of images from the same series, downloaded on March 25th. Good job Istock, for yet another day of valiantly protecting my images against credit card fraud.  >:(

How immensely frustrating.

I don't understand why they just don't start using Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode. That would fix the problem with stolen credit cards being used.

Why would they bother? The artists just keep taking it...
