Yesterday July stats was showing, but today I see June stats again. Anybody else?
-
Widely reported in IS forums, probably best place to look for IS info.
-
Not sure that was a very helpful reply. I'm sure many of the sites' own forums would also be good/better than here. But we come here as it is sort of 'news central' so we don't have to read each and every forum.

I'd downloaded my July stats yesterday but now I log in again (after enforced password change) I see it is indeed back to June.

I was pointing out to the OP where the best information was available, seems quite helpful to me.

Bear in mind we're not supposed to link to their forum.

Anyway, still not posted..... :(

same thing for Getty? sorry, no idea what the iS backend looks like. the Todayis20 ppl sent out an email saying the july stats were out, but mine show only June stats.
-
My July stats are available again after they had disappeared for two days. No changes have been made as far as I can tell.

Same for me.

Posted now. Unusually good. Hmmm.....I know I should be happy but with IS I always fear some readjustment.....

Another fairly average unexciting month for me

Anyone else notice a small difference between the Today is 20 figure and the Istock figure?

5c, but that's normal.
No figure on iS corresponds with any other figure.
I think my 5c is probably the connect aggregation, bearing in mind the TodayIs20 is using Getty's exported information.
-
The Today is 20 figure is over $1 less than the Istock figure but I think the number of images sold is higher than the istock figure.

Yes, there are differences, sometimes significant. Todayis20 is always showing less than the Getty summary.
My median delta is -$4.5.
Here is it for the past year, in percentages:

Yesterday July stats was showing, but today I see June stats again. Anybody else?
Should I care? ::)
July 2020
0.05 USD
35 photos sold
0.00 average
Really? 31 photos show being sold for $.0.00
Total for the month a healthy whole 5 cents.
SS pays double that for one download. (just being sarcastic, but it's a fact)

You should take out a support ticket to question that. Not that it's likely you'll get an answer you like, but they should be forced to give an answer.

I only have 100 files left at iStock, so my total for the Connect section was only 14sales and 2 cents! I assume that's the section you're talking about because the royalty free section, for me, doesn't have those teeny-tiny numbers
But the way they report the royalties shows how individual numbers and averages can appear off, largely because of the tiny numbers that often round to 0 but are meaningful when you add up all the connect sales & then round the total.
So my connect sales gross was $0.15827 and the net royalty $0.02379 - i.e. 2 cents. But three of the items listed individually rounded to 1 cent so I initially though they'd "cheated" me of 1 cent :)
Looking at the text file I could see where the 2 cents came from - and those 14 sales average to 0 cents too
Download the connect text file and stick it into Google sheets and you'll be able to see the details of this wretched situation

I don't have a Connect tab in Account Management. Is that something special you have to do for that to show up?

In Royalties > Export, you should have three options for exporting: PDF, TXT and ConnectTXT.

Cool, thanks, now I remember, been a long time since I had done that..... :-[

Yes. This is it! Thanks for the clarification!
We actually have to download from Getty and upload to TodayIs20 two files every month, the regular file AND the Connect file.
Funny to see that my Connect file for July had about 400 downloads totaling less than $2 with $0.00 RPD ;D.
Almost 300 of these Connect DLs are displayed with $0.00, most likely because the 3rd digit is trimmed. This is probably the reason why I still see 16c difference between Getty and Todayis20, probably because of 3rd digit trimming.

Yeah, that's what happens, just that the whole absurd system and the reporting is a mess. Overall, making 5 cents for 35 downloads, just supports, never uploading anything new to them again. (which is a historic note going back to 2018 or before, not news) I might have stopped before that, I don't know anymore. Wait DeepMeta to the rescue...
Last upload Feb. 2017 I guess I shouldn't complain or comment on Getty anymore.
