I downloaded DMv3 and I logged in with my old credentials ( mail not yet received ???)
I dont understand something:

1- location box is not optional...even for a picture who don't need to be localized?
2- why I'm forced to create a batch even when I need to upload just a picture?
3- I can no longer sort keywords by relevance? I used to to so in the past versions
4- I can't see any Editorial box...you just need to put proper editorial caption end the reviewer will understand?

and more confusing for me:

4- you still need to refine keywords one by one ( :( ) but the dictionary seems pretty messed up imo

for example:
picture of some kid's silverware

word "cutlery" -> only option is "Louis de Caullery", https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_de_Caullery
word "couple" -> only option is "Couples Retreat" , a movie
word "towel" -> only option is "Niente Velo per Jazira" , the italian title for the movie "towelhead"  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Towelhead_(film)

once you checked the 'proper' definition it become the keyword ( so the final word for the keyword towel is forced to be "Niente Velo per Jazira"?! what..)

it also seems that the new deepmeta is localized automatically (no more need to change language when you put a new keyword).  I am italian and the dictionary seems to understand this ...but It makes me further caos cause I always tag with metadata and in english language and the software seems to use strange and fanciful interpretation of terms...

Maybe I should stop uploading for a while and see when things will return to a sort of "normality"  :-X

I read somewhere - can't remember if here or on deepmeta website - that localisation is a setting somewhere in your ESP profile.
But I didn't receive their email so I can't even login and check.

Can't change the language also.
I am German, but I always keyword my images in English.

Now I have always to delete every single English keyword in DeepMeta and have to add German keywords.
That's too time intense. The new version is pure chaos now.

I didn't find a way to change any setting for this - even checked ESP for this.
Any help?

You can see the info video on Deep Meta website. I have tried to submit images but was very annoyed when I cant sort the keywords as I want ( it could be done in the old version). Is there a change meaning you dont have to put the keywords in order starting with the most relevant at the top???????

1. That's correct. It's a new iStock/Getty policy, so in DeepMeta I have to make sure you enter it. Else, I get an error during the upload phase
2. Same thing. I's get an error if I tried to upload just one file. Batches are required now.
3. The keyword order is no longer relevant. That's the info I got from Getty dev department.
4. Yes there's no more separate caption field. I've requested more details on whether a specific format is required, and hope to get this soon.

As for the messed up keywords. You can fix this as follows:

1. Go to your online ESP profile: https://esp.gettyimages.com/app/profile
2. Select "English" as your keywording language
3. Log out and in again on the ESP site

Going back to DeepMeta, your keyword suggestions should be sane.
This worked for me; please report if this fixes things for you as well. Thanks!

Great - thank you very much! This solves the keyword language issue I had.
Now it's English again and this works fine for me. :-)

@FrankyDM - I have a further question:
Will there be stats available soon in DeepMeta3 (like in Version 2)?

If I import a file with metadata (title, description, keywords) the DM3 shows the file importing, but after the importing is done the DM does not show any files!

Great, thanks for reporting.

As for stats: I've created a list of common questions. Yours is N8:

I believe this is N7:

Did that make sense?
Thanks.
