Title: License for book usage

After checking IS licenses, looks like  book usage of the picture does not require extended license if book has less than 500K copies (probably majority of books)

Is there any way to find out amount of copies printed?

I wanted to know the circulation of Good Housekeeping mag and googled it and found a media outlet reporting it. Maybe google it or check if the book is sold on Amazon and it says somewhere?
