Title: Longest wait for inspection?

I finally had 2 photos inspected today that were both submitted to IS 20 days ago, I wondered if this might be some sort of record for slowest inspection?

(Needless to say I am not an Exclusive with IS)

Some files do get stuck.
In future if your files have not been inspected between 7-10 days i would phone support.I have not got the free phone number to hand but i know they will listen to ALL complaints/questions.

A few of my files got stuck also. There are files with much higher number getting accepted  (non exclusive files).
