As I understand the statement for the previous month, so in this case march, will not be available until the 20th of the following month, which is the 20th of april. Then payment happens on the 25th of april (for march)

The statement for each month doesn't appear until the third week of the following month, as was the case with Jan and Feb.

600 images portfolio.

Jan: 23 sales for 5$
Feb: 12 sales for 3$
Mar: 6 sales for 0.83$

I guess it's time to close my account before I have to pay for them hosting my pictures.

Did you download your royalty statement? Those are not your only sales are they?! I have less than 600 images and have more sales than that.

My portfolio is mainly travel/nature/wildlife, thus I'm not expecting big figures...but the trend is something to worry about, especially for the average 0.14 RPD and low volume

I started use it in December and have portfolio of 123 photos and here is sales dynamic:

Feb 4 sales - 0.98$
Mar 7 sales - 1.93$

It seems soon I will be rich )

(and yes, i am not photorobot on istock)

I have a little bit of everything also, I'm still surprised that is your only sales, including subscriptions, Getty, etc. I only get a handful of credit sales each month.

There is a white bar for "royalty free still". What does it mean?

My March is slightly better than the previous months.

OUCH!   That's terrible!  Especially knowing the quality of your portfolio.   I haven't checked mine yet, but not too hopeful if this is what you got.  Really does look like the end is near for istock.

Keep in mind I hardly ever upload there. But still...i have agencies with 700 files where i earn more.

It was around 120 sales, so 60 cents on average.

Loads of ultratiny sales.

How many sales is that, considering you only have videos, would be interesting to know if you don't mind me asking?

I'm also shocked! With under 500 files I made half of what you did and I only have an average port. I also average 60c per download. I've only been contributing for 14 months so that must have something to do with it. I'm not saying my earnings are good... far from it.

I have probably uploaded 50 files in the last 12 months, so I am not that surprised. And the 2 cent downloads dońt motivate me to upload more.

All agencies prefer the active uploaders.

I have also stopped uploading. I noticed a 1c sale in the latest report!! Although they usually just beat SS for me.

In theory I would agree that agencies would prefer active uploaders, but in practice I stopped uploading across the board well over a year ago and haven't noticed a difference from when I was uploading.

My income was declining when I was uploading, and it has continued to decline at exactly the same rate since I stopped.  If active uploading really mattered I woul think the rate of decline would be increasing.  It hasn't.

My statement shows a negative amount for "Royalty Free still". How can I have negative number, does anyone else have this???

Customers can give files back. Sometimes years later...this is deducted from your income. And if you have a negative balance you have to wait until they cover the refund.

Other macrostock agencies do this too.

But I have never seen this anywhere else on the micros. Maybe some do, I donīt know.

The amount is $60+ dollars, seems like a lot for returns. I only make a few hundred a month from iStock

Maybe you got lucky and had a big sale a while back which has been returned?

Why not take out a support ticket and ask them for their explanation?
You might have to wait a while (several weeks), or you might get lucky and get a reasonably quick answer.
You might even get an answer which makes sense or even which resembles the truth.

If you make a few hundred $$$ a month, then the $60 returns should clear out pretty quickly.

Or a pdf, which is slightly easier to work out.
Then you can choose to load your text file into TodayIs20, which is better still; though still nowhere near the info I'd like.
