Hi, I received the ESP invitation in the email but by the time I got a chance to sign up for it (I was out of country, no access to computer), the invitation is already expired. I already contacted iStock for help but it's been a week and still haven't heard from them.

- Does this mean I miss my chance like... forever?
- From what I understand, they've moved all the contributor tools to this new ESP and I won't be able to access any information on istock or Getty, is that correct? Is there any other way to access the contributor page?
- Now we can only upload image through ESP, correct?
- What is the other way to contact iStock regarding this issue? I used the online form but was wondering is there an email or phone number (probably not) that I can use to contact them.
- Are they normally this slow for reply? I haven't contacted them for support for so long but they said it will take about 48 hours to get back.

Thank you so much!

Their support can easily take weeks at any time and just now they are snowed under. Read the other ESP threads here on msg for some clues.
BTW, they seem to have adopted a weird system by which you may get a not-quite-targetted press-button reply with a message at the end about not hesitating to get in touch if your problem isn't solved. Several people have reported going back and forward several times before getting a sensible answer.

Good luck getting the help you need. It's a pile of foetid dingoes' kidneys when you eventually get in.

Recently there was another email from IS just about that and what will be done about it. You really want to check email frequently.

I'm in the same boat as you, more or less. I actually just took a break from istock for a little while (and was also travelling a bit). Came back and wondered what the heck had happened.

I found the email from them but I, too, had missed their deadline (why have a deadline anyway? That's just odd. Why not transfer everyone over automatically?).

Please update if this gets resolved for you.

OP here. Just want to give an update. After waiting for their reply for almost 2 weeks, I got a message from another member telling me to try the "Forgot Password". So I did, and got reply from Getty next day. They also gave me the log in and a link to reset password.

By the way, I tried using my old log in in the beginning and that didn't work. The new login that they gave me was my account number plus few additional numbers.

I did have good luck with support - yesterday (April 18,2017) I contacted support about missing the deadline due to illness. They answered me in the afternoon. So I'm now tooling around inside the ESP site trying to figure out how to get my payments of Jan and Feb. Will see how that goes

If you had $100 in your account, you should have been paid automatically. If not, you'll need to contact Support.
The stats as given is a bunch of ftid dingoes' kidneys. You can meow a lot more sense of your stats using a third-party app called todayis20, that you can read about in their forums. It's still a hassle to work out what's what, but far better than the stats Getty chooses to provide.
Getty say we're going to get better stats Fasten your seat belt for the next exciting episode.

Sue, I have not been paid all year; however, I also had not set up my new ESP login until today (April 19). My suspicion is that's why I was not paid...  your thoughts...

And, yes, the sum is over $100 each month

I have nothing to do with admin.
I don't remember reading anywhere that you had to have logged into ESP to get your payment. AFAIK, it's an automatic process.
If you think that ESP may have something to do with it, you could always wait to see if you get paid this month, around the 25th, and if not, contact Support then.
