I had a wierd month on iStock, I know I'm new here and don't now anything yet about oscilations but if they finished reporting sub sales I had more credit sales then sub sales and thats not because I had more credit sales than usual, I had just normal amount.

I know iStock was before credit only sales but I kinda always had a lot more subs and seemed normal to be like that so this is just not normal I think. Did anything like this happened to anyone else?

And according to July I can't hope for much sales from Thinkstock.

Have you got subs sales reported after the 10th August?
Mine have been on pause for at least 72 hours, and others have reported the same.

Actually no I haven't and now I feel a little bit better :)
Last one was on tenth and after 3 days of nothing I just asumed that I haven't sold anything else. It was a little bit strange but since I don't have too many sales yet I thought that it could happened if it is bad month.

Any ideas why would thing like this happen? In 3-4 months as I active upload there I haven't noticed any pauses in reporting. And also I've sent them mail about something diferent about a week or more ago and still didn't get answerand before they would answer in a day or two if I remember corectly.

Reason: iSNAFU.

If you were getting replies within 1-2 days, you were either lucky or the issue was urgent (they seem to [maybe!] triage tickets). It's usually more like 2-3 weeks.

As we now can't change keywords, I asked them to change a keyword which their system's 'messing with DA' wrongly added to one of my files on 25th August, and no reply.

Looks as though subs have started again, within the last half-hour. I have one in from 11th.

I haven't got any yet but thanks for letting me know.

And about answering, maybe it wasn't 1-2 days, I can't remember for but for sure it wans't longer than five days. I know I was shocked a month or two later when I have registered on SS with their time to response.
