Good morning
Maybe i missed something about Istockphoto, i've just logged at my account now for checking my low income (i've stopped to uploading there since 4 years) and everything has been deleted : my portfolio, my sales, everything on my profile is blank.
What does it means ?
Here is the sreenshot of the only informations remaining on my account.

Check your old emails. You should have got an invitation from them a couple pf months ago with your new username.
(Mine arrived on the 1st Feb, but they were sent out in batches.)

The link was only good for 30 days but I sent an email to the "help" email provided in the email and got a response with a new link the next day.

If you have, or used to have, video there, you'd have got an invite in June 2014, which will now have expired.
This is the official support ticket address, but I suspect you need to be able to get into ESP to use it. ::)

Thanks all, i've already contacted the support via the ESP site, i can login and i have only the option to send a ticket, nothing more, now wait and see ...

Ok, now i've already received an answer from the support with a link on ESP, I can now login and I've recovered my portfolio and sales reports, anyway it's ending in February, does that means the sales are now stopped for non exclusives contributors ?

No, it means we only get one report per month, so on 20th April, we'll get our report for March.
Now that you're in ESP, you can get all the skinny on their forums, and there's a lot of comment here too.

Thanks to this forum I did remember the ESP page and finally see my sales. However. After needing to re-build my PC my old Deepmeta 2 files have gone, and apparently I cannot update anything from iStock anymore? As for Deepmeta 3, I uploaded a batch at the very beginning of March but none of them have as yet gone through QA.... is this how we shall be treated from now on?
I have no idea which images are selling nor do I have a record of what is online. I am very close to closing my iStock account, since it cannot compete with SS or Adobe anyways. Or would that be jumping the gun? :'(

If your stuck files are non-editorial, they should be going in quickly. Contact them.
If they are editorial, there is a long-term "issue" and there have been no inspections for weeks.
Only you can decide whether to stop uploading, or quit, based on your current results and tolerance of their T&C compared to others you're with.
