mHello my masters! I'm new on iStockphoto. I have 130 images and 4 download on my account. Money which in my account is continuously increasing. I wonder it. Why is it increasing without downloaded image?
-
Partner program sales reported once a month.
-
Credit sales are only one type of sale at iStock....there are also Partner program sales and subscription sales. They show up the following month. So you're seeing the sales you made last month adding to your earnings now.
-
Actual sales may take up to two days to appear on the list, but the money often shows a day ahead of time. At the very least, often hours ahead of the reporting. Mine seem to show the same day as income, hours delayed on the DL list.
Go to your account, click on the Briefcase/Suitcase down near the bottom of the page. Click on Last DL on the right, then click on the amount of money in blue under royalties...
Date (DD/MM/YYYY) Size License Royalty
08/01/2015 1:04 PM MST Large Regular $0.96 USD
Note the exact time and date of the DL, which might be hours or days before it shows up in this listing. But the amount of Earnings on the first account page, seems to update much faster.
Next time you get a new income increase, go look. :)

^^
That only works for 'normal' credit sales, not subs or PP, or G360.
For them you have to do a lot of clicking via the right hand column.
-
It seems like it takes a full 2 months to make sure you have the final total for a month.

Thanks for that, Uncle Pete! I didn't know that trick.
ismailciydemm, if you go to your account and on the lower left nav twirl down the Uploads. Under there you will see Partner Program. Click that.
You can click on the column headings to re-sort the list. Clicking on the heading "Partner Program DLs (iStock DLs)" will sort the list in the order of most Partner Program downloads. (Actually, it will toggle the order. You may need to click it a second time to get it to sort with the most on top.) This is where you can see what's been downloaded in the partner program, and the numbers in parentheses are the regular credit downloads.
Still, it may take a few days (or months!) for all the data to catch up and make sense!

Thank you so much for everything. :)

I didn't know it either until Sue pointed it out to me.
The original question, for some others who are bringing in subs and TS and all that was: "Money which in my account is continuously increasing. I wonder it. Why is it increasing without downloaded image? " Which read as, Money Is Increasing but no DLs are showing. Which has nothing to do with PP and all that? Or did I read the question wrong.
My answer is, severs take time to sync. Money might show before the sale is registered.

I'm new here, and only started to contribute to IS last August (good timing!) but I was noticing the same thing as the OP. My balance would increase and I'd see no more sales. There was a portion of my balance I couldn't account for. But then the numbers would start rising in the PP, or in the regular downloads, and things would start making sense (in the most humbling way).
btw, I've seen several references to TS but I don't see that in the acronym key. What is TS?

I am happy with my return on iStock video! I am averaging around $50.00 per sale on iStock and more then that on Getty. I feel in the future some good artist will return exclusive and new ones will go exclusive because of the pricing of the clips. I don't want to give my clips away! and iStock has good curation. I feel bullish for iStock video in the future!

TS = Thinkstock = thinkstockphotos.com which is the (or 'a'?) Pertner program.

This certainly isn't the case for independents, and those who understand this should be leaving in droves. So it will be interesting to see if iStock realizes this, and tries to use their growing exclusive video content as a unique selling point. They do not seem to care about exclusive photo content or contributors, but perhaps they will be smarter with exclusive videos.
