I haven't uploaded images with model release for a few years.

Today, when I tried to upload an old image from 2014, the model release got stuck with a red triangle error sign. But I don't know what went wrong. I cannot close the app either.

At the bottom, there is another red triangle sign, showing "New Version Available". But when I tried to download, I got a message that that version had already been downloaded.

Eventually I forced to close the app by using Windows Task Manager.

How can I upload a model release for this image?

Thanks!

Check out this DM guide page: https://www.deepmeta.com/en/GettingStarted/FileDetails
Under the heading "Releases" (about the middle of the page). The red triangle is explained.

In short: Getty requires you to enter the Date of Birth of the model in a separate field. (besides it being written on the release PDF as well).
Double-click the model release in the list and enter the Date of Birth for the model.
(I've attached a capture of the explanation page and of the release form with Date of Birth field)

As for updating to a new version. You can also download from the site:
https://www.deepmeta.com/en/Downloads

After download: install and then you can delete the installer.

If you bump into any issues, you can always mail directly (support at deepmeta dot com).
Always there to help you out quickly.

Hi Franky. I am wondering if there are any plans in the future to add a function to DM which allows the user to increase the thumbnail display size on the Statistics tab?

It would be very useful as the current thumbnail size is very small and sometimes hard to see the thumbnails clearly if you are using a very high resolution monitor where everything is made a lot smaller on the screen. Thanks

^ That's not too hard to implement. Have put it on the list. Thanks!

Thank you Franky. Also, is there any way to view only the current month's Statistics without first deleting all the older Statements from all the previous months and then having to restart DM first just to see only the current month's Statistics?

It would also be great for example if there was simply a drop down menu in the Statistics tab where you could select the time period you would like to view as per below and without having to first delete any Statements at all:

Current Month
Last 60 Days
Last 90 Days
Last 6 Months
Last 1 Year
All Time

Just click on the appropriate month's coloured bar to isolate that month, or pick a range on the sales selected bar graph at the top.

Deepmeta is very, very useful for analysing sales now with the addition of boards.

Another thing you can do (if you've upgraded to the latest v3.9.1), is to simply go to the "Statements" section in DeepMeta, select your current statement in the list and in the right hand preview pane: click the button at the top with the bar chart: it will show you just stats for that statement month. (see attached screenshot)

You can select multiple as well, if you like.

Thank you both. Both methods are very useful.
