Thanks, lunfengzhe. There is statistics for previous months. It's better than nothing. Great achievement for iStock  :)

"We know that insight into file performance is valuable, so were happy to announce iStock Contributor Stats are now available in ESP. This feature will provide view, interaction and download data you can use to better understand customer activity related to your files."

This feels as if I'm in 2004, when microstock was in its early days...A never-before-seen feature called download statistics, it's groundbreaking!

It's like iStock is trying to reinvent the wheel (called ESP) and just proudly announced they've produced a spoke for us to use in the meantime.

I don't remember them ever saying we were going to get real-time statistics.

I thought they did right at the start but I could be wrong...they say so many things that don't happen I lose track.

A bit useful, but not useful enough.
Should have daily download, earning per download, top download all time, etc etc...

Oh, come on, be fair: it's only if they say something good is going to happen that they don't happen.

I can only remember several categorical statements that real-time reporting was not going to happen*. Wasn't iS supposed
to be being 'unified' with Getty (ha! only in ways that suit them!) and AFAIK, Getty puts their stats out monthly.

*Mind you, it was only a very few weeks between admin saying categorically that there were no plans to introduce editorial to iS when they announced iStock editorial.

Anyway, real-time reporting is soooo ten years ago.  ::) Technology has moved on  ;D

No doubt you are correct as you are very diligent about such matters....wishful thinking on my part....its like I was thinking we were in the second decade of the 21st century or something.........

How do they consistently come up with these lame attempts at showing us what we sell?

Clicking on plus signs for each item to see how many times it sold by the different entities really.
Too frustrating and time consuming to be of any value. They could have easily put that useless info into columns.

And put in the Dollar Amounts - Contrary to what they think, thats what matters.

And from a user standpoint having to click 'load more' is one of the worst ideas web developers have ever come up with.
Just load the info into a single page and be done with it.

I like Deepmeta's sales summary much better.

But iS doesn't want to shut out its contributors who still work on 28k8 modems.

As best I can tell I got 4 cents and 6 cents for Istock sub sales. It is pretty pathetic what they roll out after a year of working on it.
