I don't see any sales reported today on Istock - last sale I see is from yesterday. I usually have around 10 sales per day... Did sales stop or reporting is broken? Anyone else seeing this?

Files waiting for review since 11th did they all leave the sinking ship?

I had 1 credit sale reported today, 27/04, plus two March PPs
And true - files are pending review longer than usual!

The scariest thing about this post is not about the reporting glitch, but that YOUR sales fallen to 10/day. Thats insane for a port of your size and quality! Somebody needs to play Taps for poor dead Istock.

Unfortunately that is the state of affairs these days. Used to get over 100 credit sales daily some years ago.......now..........sometimes 10........sometimes only a few. I get around 40/50 subscription sales a day.......so even at a small fraction of the initial cost they haven't even caught in numbers what it all once was..........and yes I am growing my portfolio non stop..........

I'm amazed that anything sells in some categories....any identifying Latin names of plants/animals are generally not available as keywords, a large number of fairly common names of plants/animals are not available, the vast majority of specific locations are not available, any local food speciality is not available....
OK, I could wriggle through the wretched forum systm and put in a request and wait a few weeks...but seriously???!!!
Edited to add: not to mention the WEEKS for review so anything remotely topical/seasonal is out of date! Herrumph!

Yes, I've got issues with geographic names, for instance if I try to add "Santa Ana" it gives me a choice of two Santa Ana locations and none of those are mine and if I split into "Santa" and "Ana" then I'm given options that have even less sense :D What I do sometimes with keywords like that is combining it with another main keyword and it seems like accepted as a phrase even if it is not in the vocabulary.

That can only work if someone has already hit on that exact keyword phrase before the Candidate Generation bug kicked in over two years ago. Even then, you're dependent on a buyer choosing that particular search string (and probably searching in quotes).
Nowadays with subs, it's hardly worth putting anything that unusual on iStock; like any other subs site, it's better to supply generic stuff (do what I say, not what I do!).
I don't know why adding new keywords has slowed down so much; it used to be done well within 48 hours, now it's at least four weeks.

When no sales are reported, I no longer worry because many times it's simply no sales. I have almost 3500 assets on IS and my sales keep getting rarer and rarer. However, I have noticed okay months on StockXpert, like $40-$50 a month. So it's my hope that while sales from the Hemera collection don't get recorded on IS, they do on StockXpert. Last year I completely forgot about StockXpert until I was doing my year end spreadsheet prepping for taxes. There was $590 in there. I about sh!t myself.

My credit sales have gone down to almost nothing. My PP sales have becoming less and less over the months as well. How is it possible to destroy a business like that? It's mind-boggling. If this trend continues then 2016 revenue will be less than ONE THIRD of 2014.

April was the first month when subs $$ overtook credit $$, by a very considerable margin.
This is not a statistic I'm happy to report. >:( :'(

What is going on at IS ? haven't had a download for 4 days. That is unusual as I sell audio pretty successful there.

I can't see my account report on Istock for this month. On may 20. my account balance started to update for APRIL! It last for 4 days, for the whole month, so now I have balance for the april, but nothing for the may. Does anyone has this problem also?

That was your subs sales and PP sales for April.
I have credit sales for May: very few, but up to yesterday.

That probably means you have had no credit sales in May, but are now seeing the other sub, pp and getty programmes reporting sales for April. Those sales are reported a month in arrears and paid out a month after that.

Sales have collapsed there for me, but I have noticed that after a shock sales collapse there are three or four months of gradual sales increases followed by another collapse to an even worse level than the last one and the process repeats. I guess my search position gradually improves as I start to get sales after each reshuffle and then they shake the thing up again to push people like me back to the bottom of the pile.

Unfortunately credit sales are really weak at the moment. You can see that already on the right panel. Exclusives have gone from 350+ to 217 in a very short time. Non exclusives from 50+ to 32. No need to add anything more. Data speaks louder than anything else.
