If you click your file will undergo a further inspection to check its suitability for Sig+/mirroring to Getty. It seems a bit random; check out the exclusive forum for examples of acceptances and rejections.
If accepted, your file will be mirrored in Getty. You could earn more, or you could earn less (I've had Getty sales net me 22c and >$75) You only get 20% at Getty, no matter what your iS % rate. As your mirrored file will be RF at Getty, you won't get the huge amounts associated with RM exclusivity.
