You might get a good explanation, or you might get more confused, but make them do it.
(NB, they seem to have adopted a bizarre two-part system for many enquiries. The first reply is very basic, sometimes even totally irrelevant, then they ask you to contact them again if you need more information. The second reply tends to be from an actual person; though it depends who you get how helpful they are, or what answer you get.
