November 2017 payment, for me it was really big surprise. because i am exclusive. I have 491 downloads but Total net earnings $12.65. But what happened this November $ 12,65?
Normally i get really good money.
I need help, why like this? Is it something wrong?

i dont understnd anything, in ESP dowloads 491 but i check in todayis20 6933 sales, 1500 sales + $ rest sales - dolar. then 12,65 dolar

i dont understnd anything, in ESP dowloads 491 but i check in todayis20 6933 sales, 1500 sales + $ rest sales - dolar. then 12,65 dolar
You don't need todayis20 for anything. Go to https://esp.gettyimages.com/, open Royalties, set current month - November, choose the contract you wanna download (it'll probably be the only available option that is not "all contracts"). Download both PDF and txt files. They both have the necessary info. The simplest way to extract that info is to go to the end of the pdf file, the very last line with a $ sign will tell you your total royalties. Then open the txt file with Excel, choose tab delimiter, let Excel import the file, go down to the last non-empty line. The number of that line minus one will be the number of files sold. The column AC in Excel will be your itemized gross royalties. Let me know if you are stuck.

You can get some idea what your sales were and how many you got, not the exact math that you would get from a spreadsheet application, but still. If you really only sold for $ 12,65 there shouldn't be too many sales in the report even with the refund. You will also see what the refunds were for (negative values). Otherwise, it's an accounting error that you can then address.
