do they count subscription sales and thinkstock sales in the quota ? They are 98% of my sales, not that I'm exclusive.

Subs are counted, thinkstock not (though many exclusives aren't in TS at all, and even those who opted in don't have any images from the last X years in).

the purpose of this is to feed the highest ranked contributors which are paid in five-digit incomes and more for their work. Why feed the bottom part. Even governments rather take more money from the low and mid paid workers than millionaires.

With GI and even IS, I am almost sure there are certain people in the Admin purposely working against contributors or some contributors. Whoever can forget that twatt Lobo at IS for example who constantly argued with every contributor under the sun, well that guy is now in the admin of Getty!!  haha! dont say very much for the Getty quality-control of employees does it? :)

True, but why do you think they do that?  "Money doesn't make contributors happy".  There are a few remaining happy contributors.  ;)

Is it true that istock received less than 10 million files this year?

Shutterstock gets over a million a week, so the number of people uploading to istock must have dropped dramatically.

The exclusives are the only ones feeding them with really good content and as a reward they get punished.

Because even with only 10 million files added, no contributor can shoot to fight dilution. They can never outshoot the flood.

Even if levels stay the same, it a cold raise, because the library keeps growing.

I even stopped uploding video. I had 5 sales, but 4 were for 68 or 62 cents for 4k video and ine sale was for 8 dollars.

So although they increased it to 20%last year for video, they killed it immediatly by throwing our files away for less than a dollar.

There is no need to destroy the video market, but here they go...

Good luck to the poor exclusives, I am so glad I am free. No agency is perfect but most will treat you better than istock.
