I can't believe that there is any sort of risk here.

Maybe for their marks, but I have a hard time believing a number and a ball are protectable. That could be used for anything to do with soccer in 2014.
That's like saying 2014 and a baseball is owned by MLB.

Trademark holders have lawyers. (In the case of FIFA, I'm betting they have lots of lawyers who are just dying to file lawsuits.) Contributors don't.

Indeed, that was perfectly clear and logical.
And the mod dismissed it with a "that's the way it is" type of response, and then locked the thread saying the critique forum is not the place for such discussions (he himself being the one who moved the thread to the critique forum in the first place :o ::) ). Brilliant.

I only post there when I need video advice and jjneff always is the one who answers and we have him here now, so nearly done posting there at all. Unfortunately kelvin has taken on a lot of traits of pieman.

Good question. I honestly don't know. Maybe he was given a golden pie and retired.

He's still around. He has avoided answering the question as to whether we'll get paid anything under the free month of subs offer and said subs from April will get paid as soon as they can. ::)
