I've had a couple of photographs stuck in the thys file is publishing stage they were approved back in june.

I have contacted Istock 4 times and all I get is a standard answear saying this is a problem they are working on. Any ideas about what to do?

Yeah forget about it.

Then delete the images and never upload to them again

Same problem.. But I don't bother to write them, I don't mind anymore. Actually I am happy it's less images I give away for 2 cents.

All you have to do is click on Edit underneath the file number in My Uploads. Then click on the gray Save button at the bottom right. Go back to My Uploads and do a screen refresh. Done.

This does not work for many stuck files. They are aware of the problem. The best solution at this point is to reupload them and hope they don't get stuck a second time.
