Title: Payment question
Post by: cristianstorto on August 18, 2018, 04:53
This month I'll get my first payment on Istock, but the payment amount is less than my total earning (about $11 are missing).
Anybody knows why?

Thank you!

Payments are from the 20th to the 20th.  Eg, July payment is from your images downloaded from 20th June to 20 July and not from 1st July to 31 July

I've never heard that one before. I'm almost entirely certain that your payment in July is from the downloads during the entire month of June only.

Earnings are calculated for each month. The catch is the same like on Shutterstock - you pay tax on sales made to US buyers. This is why your payment gets reduced for some amount.

20th to 20th payment:  If you use DeepMeta, click on the month in question in the graph at the top so that only one-month shows in colour(see pic 1).  Then scroll down a bit and you will see how that month's pay was calculated(graph 2)
