Title: Payouts slower than a wet week?
Post by: chellyar on November 17, 2008, 06:02
Anyone else in the hold loop at IS?

Payout requested 7th November, normally they payout quite quickly, 11 days is a bit of a record for me...

Amusingly enough, the status screen still says "3-5 business days" "Pending"  :-)

Depending on what time you requested payment on Friday the 7th, today is possibly business day 6, so you should get it today I would think.

But yes, they have stretched it to the last minute lately and it has resulted in my requesting payments more frequently which probably isn''t helping the situation but I don't like not being able to count on having the money when i need to pay my mortgage.

There used to be a countdown timer in your financials tab.  Click on "payouts report". When I requested a payment it was usually accurate to within 24 hours.

Unfortunately they did away with this function a month or so ago (maybe more, can't remember). Now it just says "3-5 business days" where there used to be a countdown timer.

Slowest payouts in the business, as far as I know. I usually submit payment requests in batches, from 4 or 5 sites all at once. In my last batch (Nov 10) all of the other sites have paid out already, several days ago. IS is still pending and I won't expect it for another week. Two weeks seems pretty standard for them.
