Author Topic: PayPal payment from iStock not received  (Read 4259 times)

For as long as I can remember, each month I get the Getty Remittance advice and then the PayPal payment email within minutes of each other. This month I got the Getty email on the 22nd but nothing since from PayPal.

Is anyone else experiencing a delay or should I be worried?

No, with me it went quite normally - as always! The money is received on 22 September at Paypal.

Thanks, Wilm - now I am worried.

The iStock contact system won't let me submit a ticket until the month is finished. If there's a problem, probably the longer it's left the longer it will take to resolve, but it looks like i don't have a choice but to wait it out.

Thanks - I suspect something has gone wrong and hope it doesn't turn into a big problem.

I could't find anywhere in my settings to check whether the PayPal email had been changed without my knowledge, but the remittance email at least came out to the correct email address.

My PayPal is working fine for other transaction, both 2 days before and transactions since.

First time I've had a payment problem in 15 years.

Happened to me a few months ago. After confirming with Paypal that I wasn't sent any payments from iStock a week or so after it was supposed to happen, I opened a ticket with iStock.  They resolved it within a week.

Last month i have not receive and have to send email. Finally receive but this month i have not receive too :(
Battle each time this is bad
