I'm in OK.
Sometimes when it doesn't recognise me first time, it works after a couple of retries, refreshes, or some minutes. 
'Days' is optimistic.

I sent them a ticket on May 6th.. After two weeks I receive a message which tells me that they answer me at some point.

"We will respond as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience"

Very professional, indeed.

 

Too bad I even tried "forgot your password" on login page but did not receive any "password recovery email".
Btw. how did you contact them? Through the email I mentioned in my post?

How can I logout when I cannot log in? Or am I missing something?

Maybe they don't know about it. It's not affecting everyone (I literally got logged out a couple of minutes ago and got back in first time (FF/Win)) and I'v e seen no mention of it on their forum or either of the two official Fb groups I'm in.

One of the things about their bugs is their randomness. I had two files accepted overnight appear in my port today with 'Unknown Title' (literally that), but when I clicked on each one, the title was correct on the file page. I went over to see if it was on the bugs list. It wasn't, so I came back and refreshed again in case it had sorted itself, before reporting it, and the two files had disappeared from my port for the moment (but are buyable if e.g. I sent the URL to someone, they're not 'publishing'.
