Is anybody having problem to log in into iStock? I just wanted to check May sales and it looks like it doesn't know my login details. Wrote to support ([email protected]) but I presume it will take days before I get any answer.

I'm in OK.
Sometimes when it doesn't recognise me first time, it works after a couple of retries, refreshes, or some minutes.  ::)
'Days' is optimistic.

I sent them a ticket on May 6th.. After two weeks I receive a message which tells me that they answer me at some point.

"We will respond as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience"

Very professional, indeed.

Too bad :( I even tried "forgot your password" on login page but did not receive any "password recovery email".
Btw. how did you contact them? Through the email I mentioned in my post?

I had a question about something else, I don't know exactly which address I used.
I receive the answer from [email protected].

So it appears that not logging in is not the only problem. I have just found out I did not get any payment during may, last one was on April 20 :(

The last few days I have not always got the contributor page by logging out and back in I get it back. Irritating but no big deal

How can I logout when I cannot log in? Or am I missing something?

Already logged in but I assume it thinks im a buyer rather than a contributor

I get mad when I get logged out in the middle of doing something and get hijacked to the home page. It happens less often than not, but I'd be furious if that happened if I were a buyer.

It has been all day and I still cannot log in. Istock has not put out any memo saying they had a bug.  Is this a good business model?  Someone help me!

I had the same issue using chrome and firefox but I can log in fine with Safari.

Maybe they don't know about it. It's not affecting everyone (I literally got logged out a couple of minutes ago and got back in first time (FF/Win)) and I'v e seen no mention of it on their forum or either of the two official Fb groups I'm in.

One of the things about their bugs is their randomness. I had two files accepted overnight appear in my port today with 'Unknown Title' (literally that), but when I clicked on each one, the title was correct on the file page. I went over to see if it was on the bugs list. It wasn't, so I came back and refreshed again in case it had sorted itself, before reporting it, and the two files had disappeared from my port for the moment (but are buyable if e.g. I sent the URL to someone, they're not 'publishing'.
