Title: qHero - tutorial one: uploading creative stills

Hi all,

It seems like our intuitive design is working - almost no questions for functionality, but the number of new users has exploded the past couple of weeks :) Don't hesitate to tell us if there are things you wonder about or maybe something you are missing?

For the silent user out there, we have started making simple, short tutorials and I'm narrating them myself this time! Check out tutorial one - Uploading creative stills:

I can't access Qhero. Password doesn't work and password reset says it sends and email but nothing arrives. I sent 'feedback' but I haven't heard from that either - maybe the emails are in a black hole?

Anyway, it's a great tool when I can get in, except the 'Editorial' option is often elusive. Thought I'd log out and back in, to see if it would appear, but never got back in :(

You should change your title from "uploading to iStock has never been easier" to "uploading to iStock has never been so pointless" :)
Why are you supporting the only stock site and exactly this crappy one?

Thanks, I am a big fan of qHero. Now, I can't really read the content of the web pages on the video. It is too small and the contrast is not very good.

I've created three batches, Editorial Photos, Commercial Photos and Vectors, and have been uploading images to each of them. I've now reached 100 images in one batch and have been prompted to start a new batch. This has made me start wondering about the logic of the batches I've created, and whether they need to be more specific to a particular subject or shoot, or is this just a quirk of the system and is irrelevant in terms of the actual upload to Istock?

Is there any way to modify what I've done or move images from batch to batch?
