I went Exclusive at istockphoto the moment it became an option.

However, they have never made my Illustrations exclusive ... Illustrations have remained non-exclusive all these years.

Does anyone have an explanation for this? Most of my portfolio is photos, but about 1,500 or so are Illustrations.

even half of my vector sales are sold at 15% instead of 20% as non-exclusive.

It's Istock,you can't expect anything better.

If I remember correctly,it was Istock who started the race to the bottom, when suddenly went to 15% for non-exclusive images.

now the three musketeers,Getty,Envato and Alamy have joined in Bria AI!

"A new AI image generator has been launched today.Bria AI has licensed visual content from Getty Images,Alamy, and Envato to build its platform as it aims to solve the copyright problems facing generative AI".

"Bria AI,based in Israel, says that its foundation model will facilitate financial remunerations for creators and artists likening the payment model to Spotify which makes micropayments to musicians based on streams".

"Furthermore,Getty Images, which is embroiled in a lawsuit against the makers of Stable Diffusion, became a minority investor in Bria last year and helped with the licensing deal".

Did you apply for exclusivity for both photos and illustrations?

Did you apply for exclusivity for both photos and illustrations?

At that time, I just signed up for Exclusivity ... and it's likely that I wasn't uploading illustrations at that time.

I didn't realize you have to apply for both. So, can I apply for Illustrations now?

I think you can go exclusive selectively for different categories.

If you didnt select illustrations you are probably only exclusive for photos.

You have to apply for Exclusivity for each separate media - photography, illustration and video. You must have just applied for photography.
