Title: Refund Issued - No Royalties Removed!
Post by: Tomboy2290 on May 30, 2012, 16:59
Wow what a surprise!

         Dear Sandra

We regret to inform you that a refund has been issued for a purchase of your file ######:

         No Royalties Removed.

This is in reference to the file downloaded on: Feb 1, 2012

There are a number of reasons why a purchased file may be refunded: . . . .

You mean they actually didn't grab back the money? Am I reading it right? Anyone else get this?

Maybe simply they didn't pay you so there was nothing to remove...

I hope this doesn't mean they've got to 100% discounts :)  Don't know why someone would ask for a refund if they didn't pay anything though.  Surely if they were covering the cost, they would let us know, it would be a positive thing for contributors for a change.
