Hi,

I am a new member on iStock and I uploaded my 18 weekly allowed images for the last 3 weeks.
I have noticed that some of the images submitted are still pending after 2 weeks. So far only 6 were accepted, some rejected and resubmitted but others never reviewed! Is it normal to have pending files for 2 weeks? Please advise,

Sometimes it is normal for non-exclusives (as new members must be) to have to wait two weeks, but the queue is going down faster at the moment.
However, some files from early in the month were 'stuck' and you might have to take out a support ticket to get them unstuck. (dated as uploaded between the 2nd and the 5th, but whether that was just the exclusive queue, I couldn't say.

Maybe other indies could say if they've had files stuck from these dates.
