I recently uploaded a video to istock that was not accepted, but instead it was requested to be 'revised' by the inspector.
However, I don't agree with the reasoning for the request to revise the video. And the instructions were to revise it and resubmit it as a new file.
But within ESP, If you select the video it allows you to resubmit it again for some reason, so I resubmitted it and also wrote a note to the inspector (not sure if they read it) explaining exactly why the video is correct and why it doesn't need to be revised. However, once again it got requested to be revised for exactly the same reason.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong, should I resubmit the same file as a 'NEW' file and write the same note to the inspector? Or is there a way to open a support ticket in order to help me resolve this?
Thank you.

Did they tell you what to fix?

The agency is offering to accept your file based on a modification, not asking whether you agree or not. Make the change as instructed then resubmit or don't submit the video. The video as is might be a breach of their rules which could have potential legal repercussions.

None of the above, its just a CG video which took a long time to make and as I mentioned the inspector is incorrect in their reason for a revision request.
I just need to know if it's possible within the ESP platform to submit a ticket to support.
Thank you.

What reason did they give?

Of course you can send it. But there support is not very smart, they will write some replies and close your question.

I know you used to get so many rejection re-assessment tickets per year, but I don't know if they still do that, and I don't recall if this process went thru the standard support ticket system.
But I think this pre-dates the current submission system, and that might have gone away with the current "ESP" redesign.
