So I went up from 15% to 16% somewhere in september, but the percentage on my stats page stayed 15% for a while. I also haven't noticed an increase in RPD (however small), and apparently, other contributors haven't either. But the topic has been deleted from the Istock forums and now I have no idea what the latest news is. Lobo promised updates, but nothing so far.

Does anyone know anything about it? Istock is taking ages to respond and is holding back on info.

From Lobo only yesterday:
Now that we have the new rates added to the site we can work on calculating the necessary retro payments to the folks who reached their next target. It is out intention to have this automatically update as our contributors pass each milestone but we haven't be able to nail that down quite yet. So we will need a little more time before we can push the script to clear all of that up.
I will update this stickie to reflect any changes to the Retro Payments. We appreciate your continued patience.

Love how they promise things ("you will immediately go up a level") when they don't even have the systems in place to make it happen yet.

Can't wait to see how long it will take to get those outstanding retro payments. I'm guessing 2013...

Dont understand how they can disrespect their contributors that much. Thats just sheer contempt.

Thanks.

Wow, he talks about 'continued patience', I've already lost mine. Not being able to 'nail that down', even though the promise of immediate update is more than 1 year old.

I have *every* sympathy.
Promises mean nothing at iStock.  >:(

What's especially galling is that they're much more prompt to correct mistakes when it involves taking money from us. Patience is only needed when they owe contributors. You also are more willing to give the benefit of the doubt when things are in general handled accurately and promptly - iStock's track record in this area is so awful, their promises are, as Liz says, worthless.
