Work on learning how to take photos first and then worry about that.  You are far from being accepted now.  You could try contacting them or entering their contests but as of now you won't be accepted without seriously improving.

You've already asked this question in a couple threads and have been given the answers before.

Asking the same question over and over again won't make any difference to the answer you will get.
You know what that is already.
As a relative newcomer to photography I assume, then if I were you I would spend more time learning about exposure, lighting and general photography techniques, as well as understanding what makes good stock, rather than worrying too much about getting accepted to Getty, or for that matter buying new gear.
Have you been accepted to contribute to any of the other agencies apart from iStock?
I'm not trying to be rude, but having work accepted at iStock, since the standards were lowered there, does not automatically mean that you will be accepted elsewhere.

They do have staff photogs on the editorial side, but mostly contract. A bunch were laid off a few years ago, including a good friend of mine.

i know two guys doing News photos for Getty, they both started in small sh-itty local newspapers where they were paid a pittance but they earned experience and a portfolio and connections and that's how they got hired by Getty (still earning a pittance, by the way), i mean connections are probably the only way to get the foot in the door with the top newswire agencies, you won't go far applying online or sending CVs around unless you have a stunning portfolio with several news images published on the frontpage of NYT, WP,  etc

if you've no portfolio your only chance is to freelance for a local newspaper  but that's also a potential catch-22 as your town can be so boring that nothing big ever happens and therefore your images will never make the headlines on national news/media and your name will never be noticed, ideally you should focus on a specific market segment but then again you could easily end up doing the same sh-it for 20 yrs while in big cities there's always something big going on from time to time.
